Siomay....the Home Made One
Peanut sauce to dip. Boiled tofu, wrapped cabbages, boiled potatoes, sliced eggs, and fried dumpling wrapper.
This is what we call *siomay* a smashed fish fillet stuffed into the dumpling wrapper
I don't eat it...but I tasted it a bit.
Oh..it's a chillisauce for the 추어탕 which I HAD no idea of how it became what it is today...
