After spending 2 days 1 night at Gangwon Province, it's time for us to leave for Seoul by bus. It took us 15 minutes from Daegwalyeong to reach the bus terminal. At the terminal we managed to buy some local gifts....chocolate from Pyeongchang.
The city itself wasn't big enough...and no busy traffic to worry about.
The terminal is actually ....literally ....called Hoeing-gye intercity bus public bus stop. So...it's not a big terminal at all. The buses only pass through the city to pick up passengers.
A look inside the waiting area. The ticket booth is right there with time table of the buses.
Purchased 4 one-way tickets to Dong Seoul Terminal: 7,300 won for kids and 14,500 won for adults. No seat numbers, you just go and sit anywhere you like. Hmm...is it always the case?
After about 3 hour-ride...we're approaching Seoul's Gangbyeon area where the terminal located. First we need to cross the Hangang.
it's raining hard all the way to Seoul.
welcome back to Seoul.
oh....I managed to take a pic of the overhead interior lights of the bus.
As soon as we got there, we went into the adjacent TechnoMart and went straight into the foodcourt at 8th floor.
Udong was the best companion to energize us....^^
