The house is officially rented

On July 31, 2011 the so-called "signing ceremony" of home renting was officially carried out. I prepared the papers and other necessary arrangements before the signing took place. So, a couple named Icha and HY who happened to get married in June is the one who  is now living at our house in Purwomartani. As of July 31, they will be residing in our house there. They agree to the terms and conditions outlined on the agreement.
It took place at around 2 pm after one hour delay.

Mas Didik (my brother-in-law) was also signing the agreement. He was the witness of such a rare occasion. It is rare..and at the same time...weird because it was the first time ever that we said goodbye to the house by looking at the new hosts of the house. But, seen from differently positive attitude, it is good to have someone who wants to take care of the house. From what I see, the couple seems to be a nice couple who would want to  make sure that the house they are living in is well taken care of. It is good to know:)
So...for the meantime...bye bye the keys that I've been holding for about 6 years.
