Another Friday. And that means: kids and moms gathering.
Yup, we live along subway line-6 and there are some Indonesian families with kids who live along this line. So, we decided to make a regular meeting to help them socialize with their peers.
Yup, we live along subway line-6 and there are some Indonesian families with kids who live along this line. So, we decided to make a regular meeting to help them socialize with their peers.
At school, they have lots of Korean friends and we deem it necessary as well for them to know their Indonesian peers, as well. Freya, too, is no exception.
Wait...Eyra, I thought it's only for kids. "But, Daddy..I am still a kid in this bid!!^^
Wait, Gazhi...aren't you too big to play in this?
oh, well. Go ahead...^^
So, moms and their kids were gathering at our neighborhood playground.
We teach them how to read Quran, we keep them busy with Mr.Maker-ish activities.
And..of course, lunch or late-lunch is always served.
Summer did not feel like summer when there was a friendly playground just around the corner like this one. This free playground is a common feature found in most apartment or neighborhood complex in Seoul and I am sure..in other parts of Korea.
What a great way to 'pamper' the public need.
Something that should also be provided in lots of neighborhood in Indonesia.
and for free^^
Gals, what're you drinking?
We're waiting for the subway to take us home.
