The first glimpse of the Humming Way. It looks like we were about to go into the deep of I-don't-know-what for sure. But..let's go inside...
It turns out that Humming Way is one of the 'Women Friendly Seoul' campaign started by the government. This path is fully equipped with CCTV(I guess) and despite the fact that it is densely secluded-looking path with its green and lush canopies that lead to nowhere..it is a safe place to walk around for everyone.
After a long day at work, who doesn't wanna to splash themselves into this path and take a stroll for about 30 minutes or so to freshen up their mind?
Just like what we did the other day. We bumped into this path accidentally. We were about to go to Han River bank, but instead we took a stroll along this newly-found path.
It's summer and that'll be one of the refreshing ways to cool us down 'along' the oxygen-laden path.^^
Like this one. Summer: hot + stuffy + humid. Yes..that's what comes up to our mind whenever summer sets in in Seoul.
But..this kind of canopy-protected path 'The Humming Way' in the neighborhood is really a bliss in summer.
"Right, Freya?"
And..who would've guessed that this 'humming way' is actually tugged between apartment and flyovers and crowded street like this?
I was surprised,too.
Wait...a motorbike passing by the sidewalk? I thought this was supposed to be pedestrian-only area? Hmm..I was wrong, then. Or was I?
Anyway..the reason why I took a snapshot of this is because...a motorbike with 'yellow' basket at the rear-end is usually a quick-take-and-order service in Korea. Or ..else he could be some peddlers-on-the-wheel.
Okay..back to the 'Humming Way'
Freya...were you yawning? ^^ guess..she was.
