Indonesian Day @Modoo Library at our Neighborhood

After we finished having a celebration. .we're heading to a nearby Korean restaurant.

...had some boribab ordered for the whole group. Hmmm...

Some were having some handicraft-making class.

We're practically decorating the whole interior of the library.

A great way to introduce Indonesia for all visitors...during a month-long event.

A good way to start smiling.

We're also having a dance performance...

The library visitors and enthusiasts were having a time of their lives.

Taking the family out in Winter

Actually, I should have put this entry earlier but since I did not write anything about it yet,  I might as well put it now. So, the pictures tell about the time when were taking a stroll along the university in one Winter morning.

 

I guess it was Saturday.  All of us were dressed up or wrapped up(?) in Winter clothes that we could think of so as we did not feel the shivering cold weather.  Luckily, it was  a bright sunny Saturday morning.

To capture the moment before going straight into the subway, we were passing by the main building of our campus. Oh....we live in a house right behind the campus so every time we go out somewhere, we have no other choices but to pass the whole campus right into its entrance before heading towards the Metro station. 

My kids become so accustomed to playing and passing by the campus yard be it in a broad daylight or night.

Cheongnyangni at Night

We did not know that we spent almost half a day there. No, I mean...a few hours from late in the afternoon until early in the evening. That was the reason as to why we could see how Cheongnyangni looked like at night.

As for the other occassion whenever we go out, we also took the time to capture the moment. This time, Wawan—our friend—managed to be inside our picture .

The lighted xmas tree did shine up daringly in the midst of the crowd. Even some LED lights displays on the high wall of the store added up the Winter season’s atmosphere in the vicinity. The wind was blowing hard that time, the freezing temperature was also meagerly zipping through the loops in our not-that-thick jackets...^^

 Been fun being there, though.
