SUPER Moon Over Our Apartment

Super Moon over our apartment tonight. I couldn't resist but noticing that it was nothing more than just like any other full moon. so,what's the fuzz about it?^^

But, I got to admit that it's brighter..or was it because I knew that the news kept reporting it as the'super moon' that I tended to see it shine brighter than it usually was? Not know it for sure.

But..one thing for sure..it is a sight to behold.

Being thankful for the this chilly, windy, freshly calm, and cool summer.

Yes, this year's summer is not hot compared to last year's--which is nice.

In fact, I felt like I was 'enjoying' the summer nights like we used to have back home in Jogja when the summer nights turned into cooler summer.

back to Super Moon....It's still 11 August 2014 when I took this picture.

Super MOON! That's what the buzz word for the moon that we saw on May 5, 2012. Well, we were having somewhat a picnic at the lawn by Han river that day. It was dusk already. The sky turned into orange and dark blue above it...

Dusk really set in and made the whole scenery bleak, yet eerily awesome and breathtaking. This was exactly what I wanted to see; especially when you are mostly crammed up in classes the whole week long. So, a refreshingly cool picnic like this...was like a treat so rare.

We were waiting for the moon to show up. Laying down or sitting down on a green lawn stretched as far as our eyes can see...along the Han river, especially in this particular Ttukseom area.

See the picnic blanket? it looked so small here, though it did not when we were sort of using it back home. I guess...the vast area and the number of people trying to sit on it ...were some of the simple explanation as to why this mat-like clothes went crazily off the season.
