Fun time with Friends

Eyra, Freya, Ghania, Ghazi and their Grandmom..Uci.

Winter Vacation...2nd edition. They usually go to Lotte World separately, but today it's the first time ever that they went together.

It's Daddy's day...but thanks to Uci, we did have two more hands to handle the kids.

It's a clear blue day, yet it was darn* cold.....

But...it's the memories that these kids will look upon when they grow up. Memories they cherish...forever, hopefully.

Meeting Friends @ LW

What are the chances of meeting or bumping into other Indonesians we know @ Lotte World in Korea? Well, pretty slim, eh? But it did happen to us. 

We're just walking around the theme park when we recognize some familiar faces..and yes..they're Mr. Budi and Mbak Vina's family on a trip to Lotte World.. 

So..why not take pictures together then? 

With this..we said goodbyes and promised to meet again...^^ 

Back to Freya and her cousin..who's a bit exhausted..after a long day walk around the park... 

but..let's sit down and enjoy the night parade... 

People tried their best to secure the very location they could think of... 

to see the whole procession of the parade. Even before the parade even got started..like 30 minutes later on.. 

they just sat down there...talking...anticipating the parade... 

Though of course..for us...we'd seen this a couple of times..but this time's different since we came here to accompany our families' vacation to Seoul. 

hmm..not so clear...too much backlight. 

hmm...that's better. 

but this one's better.

And...with a bang picture in front of this carousel ..we wrapped up our trip to LW.

More on Lotte World

We didn't need to be close to the parade since we'd seen it before.

Instead, we'd better off...exploring hidden places we'd never been before..

like this one. 

Oh, it's so Persian...or Middle-Eastern-ish fountain. In fact, it is a relaxing place for us to chill out. 

what came to my mind when I first saw this place..."wow, actually I could use this space to pray...yes..next time I go to LW, I don't need to worry about the prayer room.

This place looks just exactly ....what I'd pictured it in my mind what a prayer room might be like.^^ 

back to the parade...gee...it's still going on. 

Then...the kids went out to take a peep from afar. 

But then....got back again to the chill-out place. 

But then....gosh..the music was so alluring that they wanted to see it again... 

at least until the fireworks lighten up the dome.^^ 

Now..we took the balloon ride...the first time ever. 

We never made it to take this ride before..since ..the queue was ....horribly long..but that night...we're number 2. Thanks for the....well...patience.

Lotte World (again)

Belated post...one of the privileges of being an annual member is that we don't need to be in a hurry....or being frustrated of not being able to take on the rides.

So..we just take our time...sloooowwwllly. 

Went again to LW only to try out the rides we'd never taken before. 

Enjoying the staffs painstakingly decorating and preparing for the night parade. 

hmm...looks like a giant balloon...(it IS) 

Finally ...made it on the Fury of Pharaoh ride. 

Again...another how-many-times-we-saw this parade....

Ready for Seoulland @ Summer????

Why not. Bring it on, Summer.

I mean..I know it's gonna be hot.....gee. But, once the voucher for free access to Seoulland is in our hands....we couldn't but....have no choice...to go^^ 

Four passports to go into the splash of being soaked in fun during summer.

Since we got to use the vouchers before August 31....we are yet to decide as to when

we'll use them. 

I mean..we've been there like 5 times...so. does it mean that we still need to go there?

what do you think, gals? I asked Eyra and Freya..and since they found out that they could use the passport to the swimming pool....

well..you guessed it. We're going.....^^

Seoulland (part 6): Let Them Loose...

Let them loose....:-) yes...

they're waiting in line for Canimal Show. 

afterwards..off they went to this house of well....this is how it looked like.

Eyra was trying her way to the top. 

While Freya...she just needed to grab my hand to keep on... 

She's a bit scared... 

but...kept on walking anyhow. 

with om Wawan.. 

The backdrop view was breathtaking. I mean...this is a kind of two-in-one trip: having fun in a theme park while at the same time....also being able to enjoy a natural surrounding scenery. 

Kids loved to get lost inside this 5-level of craziness... 

well...they were like zapped into it. 

We spent most of the day here...

oh well....the kids happened to have found their world.:-)
