At the KBS Tube

After the interview, we got to get back to work. On our way to the lobby, 

we snapped some pictures at the connecting tube full of pictures highlighting 

KBS's previously aired programs.  

What a color. This will surely be a moment to remember. Right, guys?

Hobbit: The Unexpected Journey...

Tuned into my favorite movie channel CGV. 

20 minutes had passed since the Hobbit started. 

But, it's still enough for me to catch up what I missed. 

Since, of course I watched it already. 

So, what's the point of re-watching it again? 

Nothing else but only for the sake of reliving the cinematic experience I once had. 

When I first got the glimpses of destinies intertwined that would lead to the...

Lord of The Ring Trilogy. And ..this Hobbit movie really deepened my understanding... 

of how the Elves, Hobbit, Man, Wizards and others used to live years...before...

The real "LOTR" saga even unfolded...

For instance, like this Gollum's face when the riddle game was on...^^ 

Anyway, I took some snapshots of the movie to make sure that.. 

I did enjoy re-watching it...again and again... 

And though it's not 3D, at least it's HD and ...I was putting on my 3D glasses 

to give another depth of its visual grandeur...that finally gave me a nod

to two more series of this Hobbit. 

Smaug, anyone???

Rio 1: A Recollection of Memories for the Kids

It was May 5, Children's Day and no wonder that animation was the central theme of all-day long marathon at OCN channel. Eyra and Freya were excited to find out that one of their favorite movies--RIO--was about to be rerun on TV. They quickly reserved the slot time of the movie, for fear of missing it.

Blue and Jewel: the main characters of the movie got to undergone extraordinary experiences to build up what-was-going-be- one of the defining moment in their life. ^^ 

Gee..I treated the movie like it sounded to be a serious movie for adult-audience. Well,... 

Rafael, Nico, and Pedro...(gee I even remembered their names)^^ tried to make the best of their relationship with Blue and Jewel who are in search of their destiny..^^

Okay..these two guys are Linda & Tulio (the non-avian stars of the movie:) who play central role to the flow of the movie. 

What a wonderfully colored and palatable movie it is. 

Yep, What would Rio be without Rio Carnival as the backdrop of the pre-climax scene? 

more on the Carnival... 

Still, on Rio Carnival: what an extravagance and a feast to the eyes..and they're simply animated. Imagine the real ones! 

Long story short: Blue and Jewel are able to reconcile their terms and they're happily united with Linda..and... 

of course, Tulio and..ooops who's the boy? ah...he's the one who snatched and then saved Blue and Jewel. that's it. Right, kids? 

The End..and began the end-title song... 

And a scene where Blue and Jewel were seen with three kids--:>which would be the basis jump onto the sequel (Rio 2).
