Another Order ....Coming!!!

It's. .yes...another sleepless night for my wife since she got to make other food packs.

This time....she made her signature cheese cake!

....lumpia a.k.a. spring roll. ..only this time we made it into triangle-shaped spring roll.^^

♡plus....her other signature delicacy.....banana pudding.

all combined: there are 3 kinds of snacks available: lumpia, banana pudding, and cheesecake.

As usual...they're wrapped in a nicely manufactured boxes.

...and by 7 am this morning. ..we got to have them delivered!!!

Phew...what a night.

Ready, Get Set, Go to the Fiesta

Borrowing a rickshaw from a Bangladesh friend, we were teamed up with other Korean fellows who would go to the Fiesta/multicultural festival venue. 

Clad in a light blue T-shirt, they were ready to do a one-day fiesta.

What would be a multicultural festival be without the local delicacies of Indonesia. Well, since Indonesia has more than 200 ethnics, we dare not say that we represent Indonesia as a whole. So, instead we just showed what we knew best about some dishes that we could make in Korea.

Traditional Javanese Snacks

During my stay in Jogjakarta for a week, one of the indelibly memorable things to do.....was eating and eating snacks I've been craving for about a year or so. Well, in Seoul....I could not find the banana-leaf covered snacks like the ones I used to find back home, right

Don't be fooled by its brand name " Swiss House", for it is just a name:) ^^

Although the cakery/bakery's store is named "Swiss House", one may not expect any European style cakes or breads, instead it serves mostly Indonesian or Javanese style snacks or bread. See what I mean?

lumpia, mendut, resoles, kue lapis, nagasari, tahu isi.....etc. 

The ones wrapped in banana leaves are the best ones.!!!
