Makan Malam Lagi

Kamis mlm...sering banget....mkn mlm di luar sama pak Yang. Kali ini bersama dg rekan kami dg anak-anaknya....dan sementara itu....hanya Eyra yg kuajak.

untung ada tante Seonhee yg selalu menemani.....yg penting.....semua pembicaraan done over dinner. ...ronde pertama kelar!....kedua....pun dimulai...

Mana lg selain di cafe. Coffee Beans jd pilihan terdekat....dan selain cheese cake....maka chocolate mint latte. .jd pilihanku....yg freshly served cold pastinya.

DAEBANG station

a look.from.the upper  platform of Daebang station on a hot scorching summer afternoon.

I was going back home from work...and since it's so hot...I couldn't just walk....but instead ...took a taxi from the office straight to this station just to save time...and energy.

SEOUL'S ANCIENT WALL

One day before Eid Fitr...or the last day of Ramadan....

...I took an impromptu walk...

...to...Naksan. ...at the outskirt or Seoul...or...wait...it's just...at the center...

...to be able to see this spectacle.

...becoming more and more popular. ..

as a contemplating spot!

DIOR soul @ Seoul (part 2)

Dior rhymes with D'or or gold in French...so...it is not an exaggeration that...my eyes were bombardized with lots of golden luxury.

But then...behold! Gosh..this chandelier was amazingly gold-tinted....sort of. 

the glittering sound of the beads make us want to look....

....but first...we must do something....that...could save us...

....this means ...we were....

well...a bit carried away.

nope...I haven't decided where to go...so I kept on walking around the lot.

....the same pathways.....

until I reached the rest area at the top floor.

...and bumped into another design exhibition. ..

for kids apparently. ..

so...I went out again...

only to find that it's stifling hot....though the sky's blue.

...which prompted me to go inside again...and whoa...I encountered the 3D printer for humans. We can get ourselves miniaturized!!!

That is the MACHINE!

PHOTO TICKETS: a Cool Way to REMEMBER Movies We Watch

Yup...we know that CGV offers this special memorabilia for the moviegoers. ...but we simply never use it until today. So...to remember what we saw....we printed out our pictures on a photo ticket. 

That's me in JURASSIC WORLD ㅋㅋㅋ

Then...today I took the kids to see the latest Disney-Pixar's much-talked about animation: INSIDE OUT!

We deliberately printed these out so as to make these tickets as souvenirs as well as *memorabilia* to REMEMBER and store the memories into our brain^^

It's an esay thing to do....with only 1,000 Won each.

Hari ini..mmmm....

ternyata...aku darah rendah. Hari ini mmg lemezzzz banget. Kuukur tensi pas di lobby kbs siang ini.

.saat magrib....kulihat langitnya cantik...

....dari jendela kamar yg terhalang jaring serangga...

...tp gpp....pokoknya kubisa simpan senja sore hari ini...

ini entah bgm kog terlihat lumayan....senja summer....9 Juni...

...setelah berbuka...sy sdh tdk lemesss lg.

hmm...ada ade saje.

Freya's Yoga pose

Mom, Dad...Look! I am a tree now.

She was trembling while trying her best to balance herself. I think this is her fave pose in yoga. No, of course, she is not doing a  real yoga practice. It just happened that she used to watching her auntie Yoeni practiced Yoga back then in Jogjakarta. 

She was--I think--so captivated that even today she still remembers vividly to do some yoga.

From Jeju: Going Back to the Mainland

It was about 9 am in the morning and we were rushing into Jeju International Airport on time. We did not want to be late since our flight was scheduled at around 11 and since we were going on a group, we were supposed to arrive and gather in front of the gate at about 10. Jisang eoppa^^ (kidding) was driving the car rather fast...so as not to make our group late in arriving there.

The airport was visible. It was in the intersection leading into the airport...

the weather has been nice though --as I learned from my phone--it was reported that that Saturday would be highly cloudy with potential downpours...

A bit deserted intersection after all cars were dispersed into another lane...^^

Finally got ourselves back into the parking lot where we started off our journey in Jejudo for 2 days. The palm trees were like greeting us....^^

The reason why I uploaded this picture was because the signboard says something interesting....

"WE LOVE HAVING YOU HERE"

practically, we could see this signboard that welcomes everyone visiting Jeju.

Off they went into the departure terminal. My friends were seen...walking past right through me and kept on walking into the entrance...

Oh, this is Ji Sang who had been kind enough to drive us around the whole Jeju. Komapta, Ji Sang ssi.

Oh, did I mention that ...when we were there, there was actually an international conference of natural preservation or something like that. Anyhow, it is because Jeju has been designated as one of the new 7 wonders of nature in the world.

Another look at the airport. Another angle where palm trees dotted seemingly every available space...

Zoooomeddd...we were back in Kimpo Airport. The whole bunch of friends who were saying goodbyes...^^

wait..before that...I should mention that Coffee time had been one of the signifying /significantly important side effects of going around the island in a group. We've been to Starbucks like..countless times. *.*

Bye--bye Jeju. till we meet again.
