Good Dino & Kungfu Panda 3

The GOOD DINO. A movie which turned out to be a mixed of well....mood booster and mood crusher, at least for them. They never thought that some were "too intense" for them. Anyway....it's a good thing that we finally watched....KUNGFU PANDA 3.

This was hilariously fun and easy to churn and digest. The final (really?) installment of the (supposedly) trilogy was a success, I think, for it really captured and summarized the whole plot of what's the 'fuzz' about Po being 'THE' dragon warrior. ...and the movie just showed just that. Neatly.

What would a movie-watching be like without the photo-tickets?

A Date with Eyra and Freya on the First Two Days of School!!!

Yup..it's pretty crazy. I knew that it's the first day of school..sort of. ....after a month-long winter break. But there's this one particular movie that we hadn't seen, yet. 

this is it. We didn't have a chance to catch up with the continued narratives of this human-vampire love stories seen from the eyes of wonderful rendition of what's not impossible. 

The movie was ..of course..dubbed in Korean, for the kids would easily understand Korean than English. *sigh* but then...that's simply because they're getting used to talking and thinking in Korean. haha....I mean...it's their SPONGE-like nature...that they prefer Korean language....since it's their environment.

Ok..the story was that...we missed the movie when it came out last year...

so...once it came out again...I didn't want to let it slip again. Though it's screened at the CINEKIDS hahaha...I did my best to reserve 3 tickets for me and my daughters. And we did.

Boy...it's a small screen suited for children. and..hmm the lights weren't turned out during the whole movie....for the kids might get terrified when the lights were off. Yup..that's CINEKIDS.

anyway...we did see the Monster Hotel 2...a movie firstly appeared last year. But..since we didn't have a chance to see it, we did see it on Jan. 26. 

It's basically a multicultural family hahahaha...yup다문화가정에 대한 영화다. simply hilarious.

I got to pick Eyra from school at 4!! and the movie started at 4.15. and boy oh boy....had we not taken a cab, we would've come late. Even so, we did COME late to the theater. The good thing was that...we DID see the first 10-minute of the movie on TV ad....preview..so practically we didn't miss anything....

The kids loved it. It really taught us what a family made of different background should look like and should behave, act out, think in the face of adversity.

oh,,,sound rough and tough..nope..the movie's practically funny and easy to crunch...^^

Ini Rasanya Jika Bawa 4 Anak^^

Di subway pun main-main. Asik jg. 

Hari ini mereka nonton Shaun the Sheep. Nonton pun jg ber-6 jadinya.

Photo ticketnya jg jadi.6.

Lagi. Pas pulang pun...adaaa sj. Pas kereta goyang...mrk pun jua.

Popcorn pun hrs 2 rasa biar adil rata.

Tapi asyiknya....ada bbrp foto yg beda-beda.

Sempet-sempetnya jg baca buku pop-up di dlm kereta.

ADA waktu nunggu lift♧pun, asik ke toko buku.

Yup, Eyra Freya dg kedua temannya...yg sebentar lg akan meninggalkan Korea utk ke negara lain.

Jadi....tentu sj photo tickets ini bs jd salah satu kenang-kenangan buat mrk semua.

Minions and Mumu

Akhirnya Minions datang jg ke Korea stlh telat 2 bln drpd Indonesia.

Anak anak nonton bareng dgn tmn tmnnya....berempat. eh...bknnya foto sama Minions...malah sama Mumu.

Nggak biasanya kita nonton di Lotte Cinema...

selain jauh...ku jg bkn anggotanya. But...overall ok ok jg.

kubawakan cake yg dibelikan Tante Seonhee utk ultahnya Freya.

Freya seneng2 sj....

diganyang bareng...diserbu rame-rame....

yup....nonton bersama keluarga Pak Agus....

...sengaja pagi sblm jam 12 agar murah....yaitu 6.000 won per orang ...dewasa anak2 disamaratakan.

ok..

untung sdh sempet motret.

*brief review: it's funny since there are lots...lots of historical easter eggs and storylines every other minutes....which cracked me UP.

INSIDE OUT is like Disney~Pixar's INCEPTION😊

It is INCEPTION:Disney-Pixar Style.

Visually it is as stunning as other movies from the studio that brought us UP and Monster Inc. Really...the movie cleverly gives me as an adult quite lots of references that amuse me....and also lots of gags and goofiness amusing enough for the kids....

and all.of these happen.inside the brain of little Reily who sort of undergoes a depression (?)she is trying to figure out as to why she becomes sad and all.

Ger...the dream world, subconscious world. ...memories inside our head are visually explored in the movie.

It is indeed an astonishing feat accomplished by the creative minds behind this original movie.

My daughters  (8 and 11 y.o.) simply love it since the movie is simply about a child learning how to deal with her emotions.

oh...when the movie ended....I instantly tried to figure out what my head was feeling.^^

And...oh...I also realized that maybe I do not really understand my own emotions either. At that very momemoment...all that came to my mind was two of the five major emotions portrayed in the movie: Joy and Sadness wandering around the abyss of my brain.

Great Job, Pixar.

You made me cry and joyous at the same time (again).

The animation even prompted my 8 y.o. Freya to draw what she remembers.^^

PHOTO TICKETS: a Cool Way to REMEMBER Movies We Watch

Yup...we know that CGV offers this special memorabilia for the moviegoers. ...but we simply never use it until today. So...to remember what we saw....we printed out our pictures on a photo ticket. 

That's me in JURASSIC WORLD ㅋㅋㅋ

Then...today I took the kids to see the latest Disney-Pixar's much-talked about animation: INSIDE OUT!

We deliberately printed these out so as to make these tickets as souvenirs as well as *memorabilia* to REMEMBER and store the memories into our brain^^

It's an esay thing to do....with only 1,000 Won each.

....walaupun jauh dari rumah..kubela belain utk menjajal kemegahan IMAX terbesar di Korea...yaitu Cheonho Imax di stasiun Gubendari subway line 7.

Ternyata....mmg lbh besar dari yg ada di Wangshimni. HMM 왕아이맥스 ada yg ngalahin. Oya...satu lg yg dijorin CGV adlh Sphere X-nya. Pantas dicoba juga kayaknya.

A great way to laugh at ourselves...if you are in your 20s.

First I thought it was a Chinese movie....ㅋㅋㅋ wow the poster tricked me.

This one, too..almost got me ....since Cinderella also almost looked like a retro movie.

........a good feel movie.
