Bonghwasan: Re-visited: Some More Pictures

It's just 160-meter high mountain or hill~so to speak.

..with steps like these all the way up to the top, this is completely different from any mountain hiking back home in Indonesia.

...so...it's like a walking or strolling in the woods. oh...I was...taking a picture of the tree....when my wife snapped a picture of me^^

See? Seen from.these signposts...the distances to other posts were not that far.

Yet....it's full of adventures for those two girls. . . Eyra and Freya....^^

...this is the tree I took a picture of...

...and it's amazingly pretty.

...not that interesting to the naked eyes...but when I took.a closer look onto it...hmm..the concentric rings seemed to be so intriguing.

...not to mention the logs....wood....trees...as they were...in the woods a.k.a.city forest of Bonghwasan.

*Take Subway line 7 exit 2 or 3...turn at the first alley leading up to the hiking trail.

Seoul's Dream Forest @ Summer

The green ..not that green...but still...green enough for the summer.

the best place to have Frisbee....!!

It's one hour before Magrib and we're spending time to have the buka puasa at the park @ Dream Forest. I let Freya and her sister do stuffs they're desperate enough to do..Frisbee-ing.!!

oh..and rope-jumping, too. I didn't know that they even brought it along with them.

Or..running...

Then...as the sun set and the sky's lit up with the lights from the far-down-below city lights, we began our buka bersama at the park.

Tired, Eyra/ Ok..stop whatever you're doing and gather around...

Winter 2013@ Seoul Forest

A continued entry about our crazy tip to Seoul Forest when the temperature dropped as low as minus 17 degrees Celsius. Well, we did not expect it to be that cold....

but..to our surprise...Eyra and Freya were like....lost into their own world...

Some people were seen ...playing a sledge. I could see that Freya wanted to try on it ...but...since we did not have any snow sledge...she just stood still...imagining....

Ulfa, Wawan, and Eyra were right here for me to take their picture. As for Freya, she just could not stay still at one spot..for she just kept on wandering around the park...^-^

She's already ....right there...far beyond.^^

Now came the best part, snowball fight! As long as I remember, Freya was busy making some snowball........big enough .....

to throw it onto her sister....and...the chase began. Freya was busy chasing around her sister with the snowball on her palm.....ready to throw it against her sister...

the chase went on...

Ice Ice Ice? Snow Snow Snow...Chillingly Shivering...Winter

It's in Seoul Forest. Eyra and Freya were playing catch and go. Freya was trying to throw some snow onto her sister; that's why she's like chasing her all around the park. It was minus 17 Celsius but boy oh boy..we were like being lost or out of our mind for taking the kids to the park--oblivious of the decreasing temperature.

But..they seemed to keep on enjoying the day.

We went there by a newly-built subway line (line Bundang) that connect Wangshimni and this Seoul Forest station. Their mom was not feeling well so, aunt Ulfa was there for them.

Saved by the apartment.!!! Had there been no apartment around the forest, we'd been frozen in the park. Literally.

Yes, we were like..rushing to save our life^.^

We were happy to be inside the building for 20 minutes or so. We kinda recharged our energy before going on our trip..to the mall!! well, it's much better off being inside the building in this winter.
