Turned out...I still kept the pics I took while taking Freya to school on her last week of school. Saw her taking off her shoes and putting thrm in the shelf along with other shoes. 

A morning ritual that each student got used to out of habits.

유치원에서 졸업 사진까지 찍다니 참 신기하다.

Freya's Graduation (part 6: 마지막 인사)

졸업식이 끝나고 나서 어린이들이 자기반으로 다시 돌아갔다. 프레야가 강반친구들과 마지막으로 선생님과 함께 인사를 나누고 이별하게 되었다.

하나씩 하나씩 앞으로 나와서 선생님을 안아 드리고 인사를 했다. 슬픈 장면이있다.

김유진 엄마덕분에 프레야가 휘경 유치원에 자리가 있다는 걸 알게 되었다. 그래서...

우리 가족이 가까워진다.

Freya's Graduation (part 3)

It's the 졸업장 수여식...each student came up on stage to receive the graduation certificate from 원장님.. the head of kindergarten.

A picture of each kid was displayed on the screen while he/she was called upon to receive the 졸업장. Eyra...way to go, girl.

Then...after shaking hands with 원장님, facing towards the audience..... 

..bowing to show some respect and gratitude...before going back to her seat. 

then...she's back to her seat.

The ceremony continued.

I called her name and clicked the camera as she smiled and waved her hand.

축하해, 프레야.

Freya's Graduation (part 2)

The ceremony began at 11 a.m. and sitting on the 4th row from where the graduating kuds were, I was able to capture ^^moment^^during the whole thing...including these two little toddlers. ...talking to each other.

From where I was sitting, I could see Freya and the rest of the graduating class. Freya in white shirt and double plaids! 

Then....I moved a bit farther to capture the row of graduating kids...

Moms and Dads were sitting on both sides of the auditorium...clicking sounds of cameras and smartphones....all piled up into a mix of commotion...a happy one.

Freya's Graduation (part)

Feb. 12, 2015.

Freya graduated. A banner celebrating and congratulating all graduates was raised in front of the school gate.

As a token of congratulations in itself, I bought a bouquet of flowers...with candies.

Then....

with a list of students on today's rundown..graduation ceremony was a blast...as well as a bless.

Being a kindergarten kids looked so fun after all. 

It has been a wonderful 2-year school time for Freya @ Hwigyeong Kindergarten.

Yes..it's been 2 years since Freya got enrolled at a Korean Government sponsored Kindergarten.

And..the time has come for the final show of kids' achievement or fun during the 2-year school year.

This is a video showing Freya and her friends' performance.

What a great night indeed.

I was not able to attend the whole procession since I was in Indonesia back then. 

But..judging from the pictures and the video...boy oh boy...^^ 

They sure did have a great time.

I think the teachers did a great job of .......training patiently...^^ all of these cute little kids.. 

But...hey..the kids themselves do have some talents...^^ 

The best part of it all..is the fact that they learned a great deal of having to collaborate with others. 

The perfect harmony...

and the efforts put into it..is enormously beautiful.
