Get Off Buzzer!!

Sorry for the multi-interpretative title of this entry. I did not mean anything other than the fact that I took my liberty of being in a bus with a camera in my hand. So...I just thought that I should put it on my blog and write something about it.

Yes..this is what is called 하차벨 (hachabel) or get-off bell. 

It's everywhere on the bus..any kind of bus, actually.

We could just press the red part when we are about to get off the bus at any destination we want to. It's comfy and let the driver know that passenger(s) are about to disembark from the bus. (*oh..please suray...this is not a plane or a flight...why do you have to use the word 'disembark'? ^-^)

Anyhow...Freya loves pressing the button whenever we take on a bus. In fact, she kind of insists that she is the ONE who must press it, otherwise she's be frowned...

Oh well...that's hachabel.!!

Daily Routine: Taking the Kids to School (Again....^^)

Friday, July 5, 2013. Another free time for a Daddy to take their kids to school. I love summer time....though I got to admit I hate the humidity and the stuffiness:) 

But...taking the kids to school in the morning is a kind of escapism in itself. 

Eyra just got out of the bus, and I got a snapshot of her walking towards the school. She's walking up the alley leading to her school.

Then....it's time for me to take Freya to her kindergarten. It takes another 10 more minutes to walk after we get off the bus. She loves going to school: which is a huge relief and an achievement in itself. ^-^ 

It's amazing how she can easily adapt herself and cope with the surroundings. First thing first...she spoke not a single Korean word when she came here a year ago..and now..she's like...bilingual ..not trilingual...without her realizing it. 

*okay, girls..have a great time always.

Daily Routine: Going to School by Bus

Today's Daddy's turn to take the gals to school. No..it used to be their Mom's. But since   I am having my summer holiday..I could easily swag along the morning rush...to take them to school even on Thursday morning. Well...Thursdays used to be 'morning-mare' + 'day-mare' for me due to my full-day hectic-ness. But not now.^-^

But...Summer holiday is in my hands. I have more spare time to do whatever I want and I could just sneak into and do stuffs I could never do on Thursdays.

Like what? hmm.....what could be more enticing for a movie-boy than....
