From Morning Till Evening....: Work..work...Work!^÷^

Got off the subway and rushed myself to the office...and it's 3 minutes to 9 am in the morming. I loved the Sun's shining on the eastern skies....being obstructed by the high skyscrapers.

The Youido BCD...in the morning...winter.

...the nearest building from.where I work...visible in the morning.

It's about lunch time. A view from the office.

.and it's about 5 pm....the Sun's about to set.and I practically did my work..95% of it.

..and at 6..I went home. Getting out of the office...the same building sparkling with lights at night.

..and the same complex of buildings I saw in the morning...

...is now lit in colors of the evening.

One day at the office. Done.

Where to? Near office for sure.

My 3rd time having lunch at this Italian restaurant. It's so darn delicious that I couldn't resist myself when I had the chance to devour myself into its charms.

Ok...it did come with a price, though. During lunch, they only serve a lunch set menu comprising of soup, bagels, salads, main dish, and tea or coffee with ice cream. .optional. 

Spaghetti....carbonara...fettuccini....

...are staples to root for. 

As for me....this was a bliss.

Vegetarian~friendly indeed.

At the Studio

Ultah ke-40 KBS World Radio Siaran Indonesia @ 계절 밥상

Kami merayakan milad radio kita bersama dgn makan di buffet masakan Korea.

ini semua adlh yg sy santap.

..tentu sj tak ada daging krn sy vegetarian.

....tapi bkn berarti di sana tiada daging. O

hmmm...patpingsu...sbg hidangan penutup yg kucampur dgn es krim 3 rasa.

Kami hanya bersepuluh. Sayang memang....tdk lengkap semua.

Tentu sj krn kesibukan bbrp rekan lain.

Yang pasti....PD Kim, PD Lee, PD Hong, Ms. Park, Pak Nugroho, DJ Vera, Angga, Bie, and me....were there.

It's our first time to have a dine out here at a Korean buffet restaurant called 계절밥상 at IFC Mall Youido.

..wait.. Korean traditional snacks???

Anyway...semuanya tak kucoba krn sdh kekenyangan.

Jadi....back to basic....

Pilli Pepe: an Italian Restaurant

Another favorite restaurant near my workplace is Pilli Pepe. Being a vegetarian, going to this place sort of soothing my senses and appetite...so to speak.

All menu comes with its appetizer: I-do-not-know-what-it-is-but-so-wow-soup. 

It also comes with breads....so irresistible.

oh...I love dipping the breads into the soup. 

My favorite menu is fettuccine...minus ham and other smoked beef....."just take out any meat...and leave the veggies,please!"

hmmm....yummy....deliriously delicious.

Ternyata Pak Didik dari KBRI di Seoul.

wah...kebetulan banget. Pas saya lagi KBS ternyata Pak Didik sedang diwawancarai oleh Pak Nugroho-pemandu acara.

karena itu...pas sedang rekaman, sengaja saya datang ke studio dan mengabadikan momen ini.

Batik Day (2014)

Still @ Batik Day 2014.

We're taking another pose or poses in different corner at the KBS World Radio. 

Yup, we do not wear Batik on a daily basis in Korea, although I almost wear it twice a week back then in Yogyakarta. Well, I guess...in summer that'll be cool here. But...it's now autumn..anyway... 

Batik Day compelled us to wear Batik on that Day...yep..right here in Korea. 

since we're also 'celebrating' the day Batik was officially designated as the cultural heritage by UNESCO. 

Not only that...Batik is actually a symbol of being Indonesian. So, why not take this precious chance to celebrate it, right?
