...so much that we could enjoy our trip hassle free.

Though we stayed at the same pension, we secured two different houses with two completely different views to enjoy.

Daebu Beach

I found quite u unique spectacle: there was a tractor modified into a sort of vehicle to transport some visitors into the seabed and explore the millions of deas seashells.

and..the tide was not coming yet. At the bscj...the energy towers are constructed in such a way to anticipate the rushing tides.

...yo wis ngono bae.

I was like...wait...I got to "immortalize" the beauty I am looking at!

Summer 2015.

Simple Presents for Freya

Simple, and inexpensive ones. Yes, I got to think hard to find some presents on Freya's 6th or 7th birthday. Okay...I found 'treasures: the huge inflatable whale for 8,000 Won; the make-and-display managerie for a mere 6,000 Won, then two mini fans for 2,000 Won, some balloons, and ...^^ Pororo's juice.  

Wrapped them up on the spot. So, although it was basically Freya's birthday, I couldn't just buy one...I got to buy a pair of them...>>** for Freya's sister. gee... 

Ok..in total...around 20 dollars well spent on Freya's birthday presents. Since the presents are shared with her sister...I guess..it's worth-it. And..yes...it's affordable. 

The best part of it all is how I could think of something creative to let her know that it's how her birthday is celebrated. 

So...here it is.

A Blitzkrieg Visit to the Hospital

After a week-long fever, Freya was getting better for two days....until she felt that her right inner ear got swollen..so much that we got to rush her to the nearest hospital. 

Treated for a while before ....realizing that we should've brought her sooner. 

But,....thank God...she's getting better now ...under treatment. 

Oral medication + additional ones for a week + and let's see what's gonna happen.

Hope for the best.

Selfie Scare...

We're trying to take a selfie when all of a sudden....I almost dropped the phone....and

just in time...when I hit the camera...it goes like...OOOPS.

Mango Bubble Tea Time...

Gosh..it was scorching hot that day. I just picked Eyra up from school. We still had 30 minute in between before transferring..so I asked Eyra if she wanted to try out some mango bubble tea and....she thought nothing else but ...tagging along my way into a cafe right in front of the bus stop.

Oh..there's a 25% discount if we ordered the take-out bubble tea. 

What a coincidence..since we didn't want to waste time..after all, we didn't want to waste the transferring discounted fare of our T-money card. 

What a 'stingy' way of spending. 

Nope..it's not being stingy..but why bothered paying more if we could pay less with the same amount of service:) 

Okay..long story short...we're just in time to catch the bus heading to our home.

Jumped on it..and sat at the back of the row....enjoying..sipping...gulping....sucking^^ the bubble tea....with such an indescribable excitement.....

thanks to the heat that already drained us out...^^

What a way to enjoy SUMMER, right, Eyra?^^

Home-made Ice Cream & Apple Pie!!!!!

Mama has always been creative in making us a forever captive and being captured by our lust for craving, well..and why is that? Simply by shoveling us irresistible ice cream and apple pie like this, for instance. One thing for sure, though, it's yummier.  

Orea-flavored and strawberry-flavored ice cream is mine and the kids's favorite, respectively. And since summer is on, it's hard to keep a promise of diet or refraining from NOT eating these. 

And what about these ones? These are apple pie!!! Yes, she baked her own apple pie. 

And that adds to my surmounting fear of not being able to reduce my intake of sugar^^

Oh, what the heck..I once said.
oh, no..not again. But, then ..she reassured that it may be different from the ones being sold at large in any bakery shoppe. 

But, thank you, Mama..for making these delicacies at the comfort of home.
