Eyra's Newest Kitties

Just out of fun..she makes lots of stuffs from color clay...on a daily basis!!!! 

She'd be like 'going crazy' if she did NOT make anything...hmm....

ok.......................................just whatever that makes you cheerful, dear. 

She's really into this kind of color-clay stuff. 

And as for me..I got to make sure that I capture everything she makes everyday.

and...today..it happened to be these little kitties.

Fake, Yet Cute Smartphone!!!

Yup...Eyra made this out of a color clay. She's really into this kind of clay thing after she joins the color clay class...and almost everyday she makes something out of it.

Like this smartphone screen: you name it...she tried hard to make it to resemble the screen of a smartphone. 

First, she made the smaller version...but she's not happy with it....

그래서 더 큰 걸 만들어 봤다.. 가짜지만 칼라클레이로 만든 스마트폰이

마음에 들어서 참  보기 드문 스마트폰이 되기도 하죠. 

Eyra's Works of Art

On Tuesdays, Eyra has a color-clay class where she can learn how to make a variety of delicately and intricately crafted stuffs.

Last week she brought home this little figurine.

What a cute works indeed. 

Eyra's Works of Arts

Eyra's extra-curricular has been 'clay-making' class. Yup, she's really into play-doh.  

The other day..she just dropped herself right in front of the door as soon as she reached the floor. 

hmm..wonder why. It turned out..she's a bit tired after making this. 

Well, it is intricately nice. 

But..she told me that it took her her arms and legs (noo....just kidding) to make this Spongebob notebook+post-it came to life.^^ 

BUUUUUTTT...just when I thought she'd finished or given up making any more crafts with play-doh...she made Baskin Robbin like play-doh. 

And even she made the BR sign by herself. 

Okay...let's have some ice cream, then.

NOT Rio

This is supposed to be a family of blue macaw ...as Eyra saw in Rio. I promised her to buy her drinks with Rio toys that goes with them..but too bad,,,we didn't have enough time to go to the movies (again) to buy the merchandise. Eyra was (of course) a bit sad....but...after a few days..she came up and showed me her own rendition of Rio family.  

She made all of these with, well..what else....but play dough. I guess...though they're not as intricately close enough to resemble the blue macaw...but I admired her energy and patience in making these...and more than that...her understanding that she did not need to buy the merchandise if you could make one.

So, basically they...are small...in size. At least you did have a good time making them..that's what I love about it, Eyra.  

and..this is NOT Rio, either. as this is supposed to be Olaf from the Frozen. 

Again..she could just build Olaf..no matter how it surely DID not reflect Olaf fully,...but I think...it's shown us that you could just be still and made this cute Olaf out of ....play dough. 

and what about this one? 

I did not know for sure..since I found out about this late last night...I couldn't but compare what I saw ...by asking "wait,is that Patrick...as in P. in Spongebob...

definitely NOT. Thank you Eyra Freya...for always being such wonderful kids....by...having the best of your efforts in using everyday stuffs. 

Little B'Day Surprise for Eyra

Yesterday, she was making these two cupcakes out of play-doh which for me...was quite amazingly palatable and looks so edible.^^ 

She really has a knack for this kind of delicate-stuff making. A colorfully-designed cupcake. And..while she's busy making this... 

Freya, her sister, was asking me to take her to the store to buy some presents for her sister. She insisted on buying something for her sister..and even..she forced me to wrap the gifts on the spot...not to let her sister know what she'd bought. 

As Eyra was asleep, we decorated the sofa. 

and invite most of her plush-toy friends to the party.

Play Doh (agaiiiiiiiiiiin)

Gosh..they never get bored with this play doh thing. I just couldn't understand the whole idea of this stuff. But..what can I say..kids must've seen this differently. 

I mean...it's making them creative, alright. I get it.

But the the price tag.... 

This time around..they set their eyes on the ice cream maker. 

okay..they look so cool that they cannot put it down.

but for how long....?:)
