The Wonderful Wizard of Oz: A Pop-Up Book

Just borrowed this wonderful book from our friend's library.^^

I wouldn't have taken.some pics of this book had it not been so intricately pieced together that it urged me to do so.

I.mean...just look at these pop up arts.

The well known story of Dorothy's adventures in the land of Oz is once again popping up right in front of our eyes.

The designs...the colours 

Even...it provides us with...green spectacles!

..for us to dwelve into the mysterious palace...

Encountering the nightmares

...seeing Dorothy defeated the Wicked Witch of the West.

All clad in detailed portrayals.

..the ending,too, is hard to resist.

With a little pinch of adventurous  salt...

This pop-up book is a sheer delight for everyone to enjoy.

Even I can't put it down.

Thanks for this wonderful book of Oz.

Wicked: The Musical

Musical: The Wicked is coming to Seoul.

The posters and ads on it pop up in every place imaginable. 

The one I bumped into..was at Youido station, line 9. The Wizard of Oz-related musical...is captivating the eyes and attention of passengers. 

even in one station, there are three different posters about this Wicked witch.

I got to admit that Korea (Seoul and other big cities) enjoy the privilege of being able to get exposed to major Broadway productions: either the works are in Korean or in their original cast (by inviting the casts from Broadway NY).

But...either way..it's a sign that Broadway-like business is a lucrative goldmine in Korea.
