| What a great way to make sambal!!! |
These fresh mixed ingredients are to be ground into Indonesian style traditional sambal (chilly sauce).
I took the picture at my uncle's house. He ran a business of making sambal, --one of the indispensable side dishes that Indonesians love to have when it comes to eating. Without it, a food would not be complete.
The colorful combination of those fresh shallots, chilly, tomatoes, peppers, garlic, etc.--is a feast to the eyes--> later on ....a dancing fiesta to the tongue.
Sambal: a delicacy too spicy to be missed. *-*
