UT Korea Radio: Workshop on Public Speaking and Broadcasting

Alhamdulillah, we finally made it. After a long overdue, we finally held our workshop on broadcasting and public speaking for our radio DJs and other attendees interested in the field.

Thanks to Indonesian Embassy in Seoul for supporting us: providing the venue, the buffet, and all.^^

And..of course...KUDOS and credits all go to our students at UT Korea for having prepared, arranged, and managed the whole session of the workshop.

It's been a bless, indeed. Looking at these pictures, I cannot but think that they must've felt so relieved after all was done.^^ I mean..all of the committee worked so hard to do this.

So..naturally..they're feeling so relaxed and happy after the workshop was over. 

Just by looking at those expressions..I felt a great relief. I'm proud of my students at UT Korea for all the hard work and dedication they'd poured into making this workshop possible.

Thank you, guys. 고맙다는 말도 뭔가 부족하지만...진심으로 고맙다. 수고했다.

We never got tired of taking picture after picture...ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

After all, this kind of gathering is not often..since we're so apart ...scattered across Korea. We're from Seoul, Cheonan, Daegu, Daejeon, Busan, Gwangju, and other cities...and today..we came to Seoul and met up thanks to the workshop we designed.

다시 한 번....수고했다. Let's get back to our workplace and prepare for our SPRING class.

With My Students

We met up at Hongdae...on purpose. Yup...since I happen to be their supervisor for the final assignments and...it's been a while since we met....

So...this was how it worked out: I asked them out over lunch...to discuss about the progress they're making^^ yup...as the students of Indonesia Open University, they're required to write the final paper to graduate.

Pipin...Sahid....and one more. ..Agus..(who hadn't shown up until we finished our lunch^^....)are some of my students.

It's actually......a light lunch...since we didn't want to waste time at the restaurant....

...yup...we moved to a nearby cafe where we finally talked over their assignments for about 2 hours!

It's enough to give them some booster to uplift their spirit in completing the assignments .

Winter. Coffee. Hongdae. Warmth. Final paper. Friendship.

I do appreciate their eagerness and dedication to work and study in Korea....and that's why I have to help them in.any.way.I.can.
