새해다.
오래만에 블로그에다 아무것도 쓰지도 않고 그냥 두어 버렸다.
드디어 오늘 1월 1일이네. 참...
카톡이나 라인  페북에서 받은 매세지가 '새해 복 많이 받으세요'란 메세지밖에 없다.
좋죠 뭐.
새로운 시작이 되길 바라며 ....풍성한 한 해가 되기 바란다.
Bismillah 모든 일이 잘 하길 바라죠.

Seollal 설날 (part 2)

What would a Seollal be without Yutnori. Well..I guess it's become some sort of must-do acts in every session of Seollal. So did we. It turned out to be so much fun doing it along with the kids. 

The kids had to compete against the adults. And the kids won.!!^^ 

Now, the time for hanbok. The kids took their time in turn to try putting on a hanbok and made the day memorable. 

Eyra and her friend. It is a Korean wedding style. Not necessarily having to do with Seollal... 

She liked it. 

then..it's Freya's turn. She looked so cute in Hanbok. 

As a  symbol of beauty ...a red dot should be attached on both cheeks.^^ 

Looks like a multicultural wedding, indeed.

It's Been A Year ....Being Right in the Middle of This Neighborhood

This is exactly where we live. I took this picture from the 10th floor of my campus where I could see my home right in the middle of those buildings. Clamped or stuck in the midst of concrete jungles, full of housing complexes between two campuses. 

We moved to this neighborhood on December 2011 and it is now January 2013. Guess...it's officially a year or more....

* Happy Anniversary...should I say this too? for having been here for more than a year?^^
