Seoul Olympic Park in Autumn (part 6)

 We're already at the rear entrance of the park where we got to cross the bridge. I think it's the first time that I noticed this kind of arch-type bridge in Korea. Though small in size, still I found it romantic. 

oh, talking about romanticism, a couple was walking on the bridge when I was about to take a picture of Eyra. 

This was a perfect blend of nature, modernity, and ....arch-type bridge. 

what a great day it has been. 

just couldn't get enough of the bridge...

Just when we thought we couldn't any more space to see..we found this spot.

the Olympic Park was indeed a great place to hang out in the afternoon. 

Right, Ma? Well,judging from the looks, it sure made you ticked with excitement, right?

Seoul Olympic Park in Autumn (part 5)

 The sun's about to set and we got to go home.

But, before that.... 

let's take a family portrait, first. 

We got to climb up the hill to go down into the subway station. 

But since the view was endearingly beautiful, I didn't mind walking up the hill.

On my way going up the hill, I zoomed a far away shot of the park down below.

A vast lawn of green (well, it's changing into orange-hued color)...was enough to mesmerize anyone who loves outdoor activities. 

Wait, what about Eyra & her Daddy?

Seoul Olympic Park In Autumn (part 4)

One place we needed to see was the lonely tree:)

so, we kept on walking. 

oh, well...Mama couldn't resist herself from not taking pictures along the way. 

what's with the look, Fre? 

oh, my first picture in the park... 

Within a few minutes of walking, we reached the second plaza where the famous 'lonely tree' is located.  

There it was.

More people were pouring into the area... 

wait up, Freya. Gosh..she just couldn't wait. In a split of a second, she was already up ahead of me...running towards the tree. 

I'd better enjoy what the surrounding had for us.

I thought that no one was allowed to be in the perimeter of the tree, but I saw three people were right next to the tree! 

Let's take a pic to capture the moment, gals. 

Finally, with one last persuasion, Freya agreed to stand still and...let me do the job.

Seoul Olympics Park in Autumn (part 3)

We walked up the hill .... 

to see some parts of Olympic stadiums from atop. 

They're learning a thing or two... 

a bird I didn't know what...perched on a tree.. 

Kept on walking until we reached a pedestrian and bicycle lane... 

that led us to flower beds... 

which enticed anyone... 

to take a moment, step back, enjoy the flower...or immortalize it in picture. 

Okay, Mama's always into flowers.... 

While Freya's been into animals. She encountered this brown rabbit at the park... 

and soon...other people were following along.

they kept on clicking on the shutter ..enough to scare the rabbit away....?^^ 

nope. It didn't budge. 

Seoul Olympic Park in Autumn (part 2)

Mama, wished you moved a little bit to the right or to the center so as to make like you're holding the red stature right on your head:) 

Okay, we continued walking to find another plaza surrounded by color-changing trees. It's full (well not really full) of people having picnic while letting the kids play around the plaza. 

And this was what Eyra and Freya were expecting every time we went going out. 

Well, girls...start playing, then. 

But, first, we got to find some place to sit down... 

Keep on walking....sports hall after hall were visible in the park. 

And other art installation (like this one) was visible and easily traceable around the park. 

Now that we got ourselves a place to sit down and relax, we might as well let the kids run and run around the plaza. 

We forgot to bring the frisbee, so to compensate for that...we let the them use the tupperware we brought along with. 

Getting tired of running around the park, it's time to have some snacks ready. 

A nice place to be. 

Okay, enough sitting ...and let's start walking around the park to explore what it had to offer for us.
