It was our 2nd time to sit through this oh-no-when-this-will-end showㅋㅋㅋ

That's why I sat on the last row and took a rest for 20 minutes!!!

I even heard the man-in-charge casually and wittily apologized on behalf of the company that  the show was not changed since the opening of Lotte World. 하핰ㅋㅋㅋ

I even wondered if the 21st century kids even LIKE the show.

Enroute to/from Lotte World

The 2nd of February, we decided to have Daddy's Day Out with the kids.

Mom stayed home.

so...along with mas Khoirul's kids, we started the trip.

Sunday at around 12 ...the time we deparyed and on our way home...atound 5 pm....the traffic on highways heading from/to Gangnam...back and forth  ....seemed to be relatively calm.

Uci, mas Khoirul's Mom-in-law was also with us during this trip.

A Cruise...Near the Almost-Completed Lotte Tower

Take a Venetian Cruise....for a chance to explore the lake surrounding the Lotte World complex. Yes..it's a perfect way to enjoy the city with a cruise...

This is a video I managed to take before my family got on board and departed... 

A beautiful scenery at the jetty of the lake... where passengers took their turn to get on board.

Autumn 2014. Yes..'twas a perfect weather for a such a cruise. I don't think it's operating in Winter, though. 

They're waving their hands...signaling they're ready to take an adventure... 

80% completed? hmm...I guess so. But, since I took this picture back in October last year (2014), I am sure that it's nearly complete by now. 

Oh, the new Lotte World Plaza was officially opened for public even before the tower itself was ready.

back to the cruise: anyone wishing to enjoy the lake, get yourself ready for this coming Spring...^^

Meeting Friends @ LW

What are the chances of meeting or bumping into other Indonesians we know @ Lotte World in Korea? Well, pretty slim, eh? But it did happen to us. 

We're just walking around the theme park when we recognize some familiar faces..and yes..they're Mr. Budi and Mbak Vina's family on a trip to Lotte World.. 

So..why not take pictures together then? 

With this..we said goodbyes and promised to meet again...^^ 

Back to Freya and her cousin..who's a bit exhausted..after a long day walk around the park... 

but..let's sit down and enjoy the night parade... 

People tried their best to secure the very location they could think of... 

to see the whole procession of the parade. Even before the parade even got started..like 30 minutes later on.. 

they just sat down there...talking...anticipating the parade... 

Though of course..for us...we'd seen this a couple of times..but this time's different since we came here to accompany our families' vacation to Seoul. 

hmm..not so clear...too much backlight. 

hmm...that's better. 

but this one's better.

And...with a bang picture in front of this carousel ..we wrapped up our trip to LW.

Halloween Picture Perfect Picture?^^

Call it this way or that way...we never meant it to be a picture perfect. One thing for sure..everyone's lining up to get some pictures taken here..on this very spot.

So, we didn't we?^^ 

Now it's the kids' turn. This was special since Eyra and Freya got their cousin along with them. 

Yes, Razqa enjoyed his time @ Lotte World. 

Especially..with his Mom who came along way to Seoul for a 2-week trip like this. 

With a nice help from someone, we could fit ourselves into this one-frame picture-perfect family, right?

A Castle @ Night with no Knights

 

A late post on our trip to Lotte World with my wife's sisters who visited Seoul last year (2014).

Brightly light castle...so bright indeed that we couldn't even see ourselves 

The backlight was too strong...that we moved ourselves to be exposed to the lights surrounding us as a way to get ourselves spotted on. 

Now..that's better.  

 

We barely had time to see everything that the Lotte World's 25th anniversary celebration offered.

where's the knights? see one?

Halloween @ LW

Yep.the kids and their Mom went out to Lotte World again. One of the advantages of being an annual member--hassle free from having to think about the tickets.^^ 

They've been there many times but..since the theme's always changing...so it's up to us as to whether we want to make the best use of the opportunity or not.

Hmm...good selfie, gals. 

Since it's autumn already, the skies being blue would only mean one thing: that it's gonna be a bright day. 

and fun day, too. Right kiddos? 

The 25th anniversary of Lotte World only punctuated or wait..should I say 'emphasized' this 'fun'-filled theme park. 

Finally they met their Beluga show again after they skipped it on their previous visits. Gee..aren't they bored of this? *apparently they are NOT.^^ 

The parade's changed its theme into Halloween, for sure. 

Inexplicable characters and costumes....*_* 

entertaining enough for the kids (and adults also I guess?).

Oh, well...
