Daesongri Weekend Trip (part 8)

Another flower so tiny that I wouldn't have noticed it, had my guide not informed us about it. I got to zoom them with my camera to know how intricately amazing these tiny flowers were. See the soft hairs(?) protruding on their shafts? 

Then..let's go on walking towards another section of the riverbank.... 

Where we could see diamond-skinned tree: that's how I remember them.

Well, the exfoliated ehmmm I mean...peeled-off skin of the trees were in the shape of diamond-like shapes....!!that's why. 

and..we still had a long way to go through....what to see next.

But..one thing for sure...another cute flower just sprung out to catch my attention.

Just look at the purple pollen inside this white flower! priceless!!!

Camping Out INside

 Yes, that's what practically Eyra and Freya were doing on weekend. Instead of going out to camp, they asked me to set up their tents Inside the house. Hmm...well, couldn't say no to this. After all, I got lots of things to do myself ...so, instead of having to take them out, I'd better 'succumb' myself to their 'demand':)

They were happy enough to play around in the tent inside the house. 

Of course, it only made the already cramped living room into even more crowded and hardly passable. 

but..hey...as long as they're having fun...

A Weekend for Eyra @ Children Grand Park

As always, Friday afternoon is a weekly outdoor activity for Eyra with her eonni, Yang Subin. Yesterday, she went to Children Grand Park-- where as I had expected--she did do something that was not supposed to be on the list. 

Instead of exploring the zoo where she'd been assigned to...she dazzled herself into the world of floating balloon. 

the one which floats on the water ...the one huge enough for small kids to go inside it and roll themselves up and down all over the place. 

Without having to worry about getting wet or soaking wet or worse..get plunged into the water. 

for it is safely design for the convenient of the kids to explore and feel the sensation of being able to walk on the water while being tossed around inside the balloon. 

Guess...she's tired enough to keep on rolling... 

and..finally ...got to do something that she should've done in the first place...no....not...riding on a pony....

or..even..having a chunk of burritos on her hand while continuing her weekend trip to somewhere else...

Oh, swell...

A Weekend off with the Kids

We were going to a nearby market in Cheongnyangni for a  walk...no. not a. walk. but..a train ride.^^ It was actually just a 15 minute train ride...but we did what we could to make the best of being together that day..

Since the smart (not that smart^^)phone's camera could not capture the real image, still...it's better than not having them captured freeze in time...

We were waiting for the train....
