We're Snow Globed^^

It's a recollection of our  last year winter's trip to Bali Bird Park.

The picture was somewhat off...

The water began sipping into the layers of the picture..so I thought I got to save it before it's too late.

So...that's why I took some pics out of this snow globe.

It's been more than a year since we had it as one of the souvenirs.

...again....memories worth-remembering.

Miss the Time We Had in Bali ..Last Year's Winter :-D

This Winter..we're not planning on going back home to Indonesia....ㅠㅠ

That's why upon looking back at our pictures..we found these pictures...when we spent our time in Bali. 

Well..who would not want to spend a tropical getaway in Bali?

And..it's winter...in Seoul. I think it'd be nice to enjoy the warmth of the tropical paradise even for just a week.

Like what we did in our last year's trip to Bali Bird Park.

Highlights of Our Vacation Back Home= It's Mostly about Meeting Others^^

Yes, it's all about fun and meeting others--that's what counts.

Bali: Family Road Trip!!!

Road trip? naaaaaaahhh:-) no way we'd have a road trip with the kids in car:-) These are pictures we took from inside the car we rented on our way to Kuta Beach. 

This is Ubud. Yup...I think this is also a typical Balinese pedestrian where parked motor bikes on one side while the other one tourists are seen walking up and down the street. 

Motor bike rentals are such lucrative business in Bali that lots of backpackers or any adventure-looking tourists prefer this mode of transportation to go around Bali island. 

Every where..and at every nook and cranny (ㅋㅋㅋ) and corners of Bali island...temples temples temples...are visible. All are in Balinese-style architecture ...and this is what makes Bali unique. Lots of tourists were seen sitting right next to the street.... 

walking up and down the street...Indeed..it's always happily busy in Bali. 

and not to mention...the so many cars parked or ...passing through the notoriously narrow street of Bali.:-). but..hey..that may be one of the unique feature of Bali as well. 

now ..let's go inside the car...Freya and Eyra were tired after having fun at Bali Bird Park and Monkey Forest. Soundly asleep.

It's Ashar and it's time for us to pray. We asked our guide to find a Masjid and he brought us at a Masjid near the airport. Yes...we could take a rest for a while before proceeding to our next destination: Kuta Beach. 

This is the Masjid where we stopped to pray. 

after about 30-minute drive from the Masjid, we continued our journey that brought us to Kuta--a hip place for anyone looking for sun and fun. 

I asked my guide, Putu, to drop us off near Kuta Beach Walk--a newly opened open-air mall right in front of the famous Kuta Beach.

Bali Bird Park (part 9): Bye-Bye Birdies

 We finally came to the end of our visit to Bali Bird Park.

But before leaving, we dropped by at a souvenir shop to check out what it had to offer. Hmm...interesting...but expensiveeeeeeee_:) well, expected. However, the paintings and the handicrafts were fabulous. 

oops...we DID not want to forget our moments captured on pictures, right? So...^-^ 

Ta..ta.....at first, we thought that we would not spend more than 30 minutes in the park...it turned out we spent like 2 hours of our time....strolling around the park. Yeach it was worth the price. 

Bali Bird Park: Despite its high-price (around 20,000 Won) !!!!, it is definitely a worth-visiting park for anyone visiting Bali. 

Bali Bird Park (Part 8): A Great Place to Visit? Absolutely!

A moment to cherish before leaving the park. 

Judging from what we'd seen, we could easily conclude that .......as a tourist attraction, Bali Bird Park was surely educational as well as entertaining.  

Cheers! Bye-bye Bali Bird Park. 

But wait...just as we thought it was over...we heard the chirping sound of birds commotion. hmmmm 

It turned out to be the feeding time for the birds. Yes...!! We rushed into a nearby designated venue where all birds seemed to flock into the area and perched on their (own??) perching-woodㅋㅋㅋ? wow..it's so up close and personal...even this blue Macaw didn't seem to get bothered when I took the picture. 

Hmm...all colors imaginable...live in this soulful creatures:) 

Yeaaaa....feeding time. We stopped to enjoy the moment and learned one or two about how these lovely birds eat. 

bye-bye Birds. Stay healthy, okay? 

and bye-bye lush green field....see you again.
