Homemade Cheesecake

It's not the first time we had cheesecakes. ...made specially by my wife..or the Mom of our kids^^ I mean...she's so into cakes that....
This one was made at 2 am!!!!
When I asked her as to why she had to wake up and made this so early. . .
She said that simply out of curiosity what it would be like....
To make cheesecakes at dawn.^^

    1. Thanks to my wife who agrees to share her cheesecake recipe.
      Slmt mencoba

      Bahan :
      140 gr gula pasir putih
      6 kuning telur
      6 putih telur
      1/4 sdt cream of tartar (aku ganti dgn air jeruk lemon)
      50 gr mentega
      250 gr cream cheese
      100 gr susu segar
      60 gr terigu prot sedang
      20 gr maizena
      1/4 sdt garam
      1 sdm parutan kulit lemon (optional)

      Cara:
      1. Panaskan oven 160°c , siapkan loyang diameter 18cm, oles margarin, lapisi dgn baking sheet
      2. Lelehkan creamcheese, mentega, susu. Matikan api, dlm keadaan hangat, masukkan tepung terigu, maizena, garam, kuning telur, aduk dgn whisk, tambahkan kulit jeruk, sisihkan
      3. Dalam wadah terpisah, kocok putih telur dan cream of tartar hg berbusa, masukkan gula, teruskan mengocok hingga soft peak
      4. Masukkan adonan putih telur ke dalam adonan keju, campur hingga homogen dgn spatula. Masukkan ke loyang
      5. Panggang dgn teknik Au bain marie selama 1 jam 30 menit. Tes tusuk
      6. Setelah matang, biarkan dalam oven dgn pintu setengah menutup selama kurleb 20 menit
      9. Keluarkan dari oven, keluarkan dr loyang dgn hati2..

      Tips:
      *Campur adonan putih telur dgn adonan cheese dgn teknik pancing. Ambil 1/3 bagian putih telur, masukkan ke adonan cheese, aduk balik, stlah homogen baru masukkan sisa adonan.

      *Cheesecake sangat rentan pecah. Jaga api jangan sampai terlalu panas. Jika sdh terlihat sedikit coklat, turunkan api hingga 140°c (kalo ovenku, panaskan 160, adonan masuk langsung turunkan 140'c, 5-7 menit turunkan 130'c), panggang kurleb 60menit.

      *telur, susu, mentega, semua dlm suhu ruang^^
