what's the odd of bumping into my student at the airport and ....the chance of being at the same plane home?
Right..I met Ben who'd finished his 4-year and 10-month contract in Korea?
With MERS being the 'conundrum' in Korea, I couldn't refrain myself from 'NOT' wearing masks as most other people were as well. *I hope that everything's getting normal soon.
But, of course...the fun's still there. Along with Ben, we're travelling with Min Seonhee--our Korean fellow who's also on the trip to Indonesia.
oh..right. Duty Free Shop!!! My wife, sort of, asking me to buy her one of the lipsticks she liked.
As it turned out, it's not that easy to buy a lipstick. A good thing was that the shop attendant was kind enough to get me through the whole process: smearing on her hand, ....me taking a pic of it, sending it to my wife who'd later on pick one among the 4 available. DONE.
We're still having 5 minute or so before boarding...and right, we got to finish our Paris Baguette^^
Ben, hurry up!!! finish your breakfast!
I took some pics of Ben's boarding the plane so as to give them as tokens of memories.^^
We're sitting separately...strange enough..though we sort of checking in together. ^^
But...as later on ..I found out that the plane's not full enough, so there're plenty of seats available for us to play around above the sky.
One of the so many pictures I took from Garuda Indonesia.
SElfie....selfie....with Min Seon Hee. We're on a mission to participate in a seminar held in Jogjakarta, of course..that's one of the so many plans I made: since one of my goals was to go home to pay a visit to my family back home in East Java.
Nope...knock it off....^^
We're having so much fun...enjoying our trip this time.
A good thing about selfie-ing is that....we could be ourselves.^^
Flight-Entertainment-wise: it's way more than enough to keep us occupied during the almost 7-hour flight.
Then..I moved along the empty seats where Ben was sitting...and again...we took some poses!
Okay...put aside our pride and shame ㅋㅋㅋ just be ourselves...!!
Over the blue sky and blue ocean below.
A Great way to spend the time on board Garuda Indonesia.
Endless formation of clouds along the way really overwhelmed the eyes...
...and then..after a 7-hour flight, we finally arrived at Jakarta International Airport.
Hi, guys....take a look at the camera, again.
Alhamdulillah, we're safely landing in Jakarta. Min Seon hee was transferring to a connecting flight to Jogjakarta while Ben was doing the same to Semarang.
As for me, I got to take the airport bus to Bogor where I'd meet my relatives.
and..welcome to the 'jungle' of traffic in Jakarta. ㅠㅠ
and....that's just the beginning of looooong yet memorable stories.
More blogs coming up about my trip back home.
