The kids just had their holiday in the nearby beach from where they got to reach the Incheon airport before going back to Seoul. It so happened that they found the newly operated Magnetic Levitation (Maglev) Train....so..they went to try it out.
It's so crowded...and people were lining up to be on board the talked-about train that levitates over its rail track.
When I asked as to whether there were any differences with other train..they simply said that the whirring sound was different...^^ Hey, you did enjoy it, right?
A facade of the maglev train station...
and boy...what a parking lot it was.^^ I just wonder how people get out of the car and walk up until their workplace....if the parking lot itself is this huge...^^
anyway...these are the pics of the maglev train ..the newly operated train in Incheon airport.
The yellow one resembles the bees..and oh I also learned that this maglev train is built with Korea's own technology..and its speed is 110 km per hour....
ok..although it's still in its trial..with only 6 km long rail track..but..boy..this is surely a major breakthrough or a testament of Korea's train technology.
...I wonder if this will ever be built in other cities, as well.
