An Arc!!!
It's drizzling afternoon around 4 pm, but we'd come so far until.Daegu. So...the only place we must visit was this museum!
Located at a river bank....and served as a museum about water conservation...so I learned.

We didn't even touch the inside of the museum and yet we'd taken lots of pictures.
The Arc had a vast open space with umbrellas where visitors could take a rest and take a respite from heat in the summer or from rain in the rainy days.
One thing for sure...we simply admired the sheer enormity of this architecture.
