This is just a trivial jot down of what I learned today:
Trivial stuffs, but I need to be reprimanded of the mere fact that Korean language needs our perseverance.....^^
"나 물 좀 줘?" or
"나물 좀 줘?"
This is just the small part of how difficult it would be to write in Korean language in Hangeul, of course. 이것이 바로 글쓰기의 어려움이다. 띄어쓰기를 모르면 큰일 난다. Yup, that's pretty much of what it is. Then, there is something else, we need to differentiate between 문어 and 구어, or written and oral language. We can say something like, ' 우리는 여행 정말 좋아한다', but we should write it like, ' 우리는 여행을 정말 좋아한다'. From grammatical point of view, it turns out that it is advisable to put the 를 or 을 right after the object to differentiate it from other parts of speech. Oh, swell. ^^
Then,...I'd never had it coming, should we never learn something about it: This is what I'm talking about:
고향만 생각하면 마음이 따뜻해져. ....is incorrect, we should rephrase it into something like 고향만 생각하면 마음이 따뜻해진다.
More to come: ....
