My mother-in-law passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2013. It was the serene morning ..the Friday morning the next day when I took this picture. All seats for guests were already set up.
A flower of condolence sent by Mandiri Bank, Inc. where my sister-in-law works. The early morning when no one was yet around..I took a stroll around the neighborhood to check the situation.
The lamps were still lit with empty chairs for the guests.
Another angle where the same flower bouquet was located.
The neighborhood was more than willingly to help us arrange the funeral for our mother-in-law. In fact, this is one of the characteristics or advantages of living with the locals, instead of within a newly controlled residential area.
At about 9.45, mother-in-law's coffin was brought into the ambulance that would take her to the last resting place. But, before that, we took our mother-in-law into the Masjid.
Lots of people were gathering to perform a ghoib prayer to honor the deceased.
the women's section was also almost full. My mom-in-law indeed has a lot of friends who more than willing...chose to take a moment of silence and pray for her.
we received a flower also from our alma mater,
